Absence notification form
Parents are required to explain the absences of their children from school promptly and within seven days to the school. An explanation for absence must be provided to the school within 7 days of the first day of any period of absence.
If an absence due to illness is three consecutative days or more, a medical certificate is also required. This medical certificate can be presented to your child's teacher upon their return to school.
Planned extended absences of more than ten consecutive days must be approved by the Principal and an Extended Leave form must be completed . This form can be collected from the school office.
Absence notes can be submitted via the Compass Parent Portal.

Teacher meeting request form
If you would like to request a meeting to discuss a matter relating to your child, please feel free to contact the school or make a request online. A staff member from school will contact you to confirm the appointment.

Change of details
It is important that the school has the most up-to-date infromation about your child, including parent contact details and emergency contact details. Changes to this information can be made directly at the office or through the online form.
