Learning extensions

Gifted and/or talented students are those whose potential is distinctly above the average in one or more of the following areas of ability – intellectual, creative and physical.

Our teachers are trained to differentiate the curriculum to provide students with extension learning activities, and to cater for different learning styles. Our school also provides a range of activities throughout the year to encourage students to participate in extension activities outside the classroom including our mathematics chalenges groups, design and make competitions, public speaking, robotics, band, debating, art club and chess club.
